By participating in any class, event, or activity conducted by The Jungle Body with Mik, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk

I understand that dance and fitness classes involve physical activity and carry a risk of personal injury.
I choose to participate voluntarily and entirely at my own risk and responsibility.

2. Release of Liability

While The Jungle Body with Mik takes all reasonable care in conducting classes safely, I acknowledge that the instructor and associated venues accept no responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur before, during, or after participation, except where caused by negligence.

3. Health and Fitness

I confirm that I am physically fit and capable of participating in a dance fitness class.
I agree to seek medical advice if I am unsure about my health condition or suitability for physical activity.

4. Photography and Media Consent

I understand that photos and videos may be taken during The Jungle Body with Mik classes and events.
I give permission for my image to be used for promotional purposes on social media, websites, or marketing materials.

5. Email Communication

I agree to be added to The Jungle Body with Mik’s newsletter database and understand that I may unsubscribe at any time.

6. Acknowledgement

I have read and understood this agreement, and I am aware that by checking the box or completing the online form, I am giving up certain legal rights, including the right to make any claim for injury, loss, or damage against The Jungle Body with Mik or the class venue, except where negligence applies.

7. Participants Under 18 Years of Age

If the participant is under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian must provide consent for participation.
By allowing a minor to attend or by completing this agreement on their behalf, the parent/guardian:

• Acknowledges that they have read and understood these Terms and Conditions;

• Accepts the risks associated with participation on behalf of the minor; and

• Agrees to release The Jungle Body with Mik from any liability for injury, loss, or damage suffered by the minor, except where caused by negligence.

Submitting this online form or checking the box before checkout constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
